I did a search on Google for Thanksgiving and mathematics. I found a video of Matthew Weathers lecturing around Thanksgiving last year. Matthew is an adjunct at Biola Univesity in La Mirada, CA. The video is quite humorous (although, not too mathematical in nature). Check it out below.
