Women with grants or other sources of support are welcome to apply.\u00a0\u00a0All non-US citizens must have a current US address.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif\">All applications should include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif\">a title of the proposed poster or talk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif\">an\u00a0abstract in the form required for AMS Special Session submissions for the Joint Mathematics Meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif\">a curriculum vitae<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif\">one letter of recommendation from a faculty member or research mathematician who knows the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif\">applicant\u2019s\u00a0work &#8211; in particular, a graduate student should include a letter of recommendation from her\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: small\">thesis advisor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Applications (including abstract submission via the Joint Mathematics Meetings website) must be completed electronically by\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>August\u00a015, 2012<\/strong><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the 2013 Joint Math Meetings in San Diego, there will be an Association for Women in Mathematics workshop.
